As part of the process of building or restoring a wooden boat, Timeless Boatworks also offers basic marine electrical system services, compliant to American Boat and Yacht Council (ABYC) standards, on small wooden boats up to 20 ft in length. These services include, but are not limited to, installation of:
♦ Navigation and Courtesy Lighting
♦ Bilge Pumps
♦ Marine Stereo Systems
♦ VHF Radio and Antennas
♦ Marine GPS, Fishfinders and Chart Plotters
♦ Battery Switches
♦ Fuse Blocks, Switch Panels, and Busbars
♦ Marine Engine Instrumentation
I wire strictly to ABYC standards using only marine grade tinned copper wire, the proper wire colors, and the proper wire size (gauge). The wire terminals and connectors I use are all double crimp type with adhesive lined heat-shrink, made by Ancor, for a long lasting watertight seal. These connectors and terminals are crimped to marine wire using a professional grade crimping tool.

Timeless Boatworks is a one-man shop, accepting projects one at a time. I do this work as part hobby and part supplemental income. The focus is on wooden boat fine craftsmanship over making large profits. Never the less, I do need to earn a wage and pay my overhead expenses. That noted, Timeless Boatworks charges a flat rate of $50 per hour plus materials.
